What inspires you to do what you do? And please don’t say “money.”
Yes, we all need to earn a living, but what inspired you to get into the business you’re in? It’s something we feel is very undervalued in business, because what inspires you can, in turn, inspire others to work with you or become your customer.
For me, I’m fortunate to work with people who inspire and challenge me. I’m inspired by my favorite musicians and also my favorite football players and personalities. I’m a huge fan of the NFL Network’s “America’s Game” documentary series. The stories behind many of the Super Bowl champions are filled with adversity both on the field and in the locker room.
