We’ve asked this question before and it’s worth returning to every year as all the advances in technology continue to divert many a business owner’s attention away from the REAL issue:  connecting with your online audience and legitimately having interaction with them.

Who ARE you?  Yes, we have fun with the fact that The Who asked this question 38 years ago in song with an F-bomb thrown in for good measure.  Pete Townshend meant the question for John Lydon and the rest of the rising punk movement in the UK, but it’s the question that you, me and every business person should be asking when it comes to approaching interaction with your online audience.
